What to Expect
At our Kanata/Stittsville and Carleton Place chiropractic clinics, your first visit will include a thorough case history and examination. A Chiropractic examination may include observation of posture, walking, and range of motion. The chiropractor will assess joint movement, muscle and soft tissue tension, and will also use standard orthopedic and neurological tests.
You will be advised if further tests are required or indicated such as X-Rays, sEMG, MRI, or if you require a referral to another health care provider.
On the next visit, a report of findings is given providing you with a diagnosis detailing the examination results. The chiropractor will then make recommendations about your health, discuss treatment options and outline a plan of care.
During regular treatment visits the chiropractor will briefly assess your spine, muscles, and nervous system and then apply different techniques previously discussed to treat you and get you on your way.
Our priority is to give you the best chiropractic care possible to meet your health goals. Our Kanata/Stittsville and Carleton Place chiropractic clinics are ready to serve you.
